The Advanced Leader Bronze Award

To earn the Advanced Leader Bronze award, a member in good standing of a club in good standing must complete all the following:

• Earn the Competent Communicator (CC) Award or the Competent Toastmaster (CTM) Award;

• Earn the Competent Leader (CL) Award (specifically, complete the Competent Leadership Program);
• Serve at least six months as a club officer (President, Vice President Education, Vice President Membership, Vice President Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer, or Sergeant At Arms);
• While serving in the above office, participate in a district-sponsored club officer training program;
• While serving in this office, participate in the preparation of a Club Success Plan; and • Conduct any two programs from The Successful Club Series or The Leadership Excellence Series.

Fill out the Leadership/Distinguished Toastmaster Awards Application (available from your Club's Vice President Education or President), have it signed by the Club's Vice President Education (or by another Club officer if you are the Vice President Education), and send it to Toastmasters International World Headquarters.

Once you've received your ALB award (see below), the Leadership Track's next award is the Advanced Leader Silver award. (Click here for more information about the ALS award.

After Toastmasters International World Headquarters has received all your forms, you will receive a certificate like the one below. You may opt to have TI send your employer a letter of commendation.
