To receive the Advanced Toastmaster Gold Award, a member in good standing of a club in good standing must complete the following:
The requirements for the Advanced Toastmaster Silver award or have earned the Able Toastmaster Bronze award;
Completed all five projects in two separate Advanced Communication and Leadership Programs for a total of ten speeches (may not be those completed for any previous award);
Conducted a Success/Leadership Progran, Success/Communication Program, or a Youth Leadership Program (may not be those completed for any previous award);
Coached a new member with the first three speech projects.
Fill out the Project Completion Record near the back of your two Advanced C & L Programs with the Vice President Education's initials (by another club officer if the member is the Vice President Education) and complete the Advanced Toastmaster Gold Award Application.
Once you've received your ATM-G Award, you are encouraged to complete the Competent Leader and Advanced Leader Awards to earn the Distinguished Toastmaster award.
After Toastmasters International World Headquarters has received all your forms, you will receive a certificate.You may opt to have TI send your employer a letter of commendation.
